The Asiwaju Tinubu-Shettima Coalition for Good Governance (ATSCGG) has expressed its gratitude to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for the appointment of their Director General, Barrister Abdurraheem Adebayo Shittu, as the Pro-Chancellor and Chairman of the Governing Council of Dave Umahi University of Medicine in Ebonyi State.

Barrister Shittu is a former Minister of Communication.

In their letter of appreciation, the ATSCGG also requested that other members of their organisation be considered for key positions within the government to contribute to national development.

Among the prominent executive members highlighted were former Governor of Edo State, Senator (Prof ) Oserheimen A. Osunbor, Ambassador Musa Muhammed Tsoken, and Town Planner Dr. Musa Abubakar Usman.

Additional notable members include Senator Nkechi Nwaogu and retired General A.T. Ibrahim.

Both Ambassador Tsoken and Professor Osunbor were speculated to be top candidates for ministerial appointments from Taraba State and Edo State, respectively. Ambassador Tsoken currently serves as the National President of the APC Initiative for Good Governance (APC-IGG), a support group recognised for its efforts in promoting President Tinubu and Vice President Kashim Shettima’s Renewed Hope Agenda and advocating for good governance in Nigeria.
